About Us

AssemblyWebsites.com is brought to you by a team of project managers, graphic designers, website designers and developers who attend assemblies in Ontario, Canada. We have a heart for the assemblies and we desire and pray that they would thrive and grow in order to bring glory to God.

We believe that your website is just as important as the greeter at the door of your assembly. At least 80% of all churchgoers visited the church’s website before coming. It is important that you make a good first impression that communicates clearly your message to visitors.

Our Process

1  Initial Meeting

We meet with the contact or team at the assembly responsible for the project to discuss vision, requirements and make introductions.

2  Template Selection

We provide a number of templates that will suit your needs and can be modified to include your assembly’s content and branding profile.

3  Content Collection

We will request from you the page content to be implemented into the website.

4  Website Development

The content will be integrated with the template and all images/branding will be added.

5  Round of Revisions

The website will be presented to the team or contact for review and one round of revisions will be made.

6  Launch

The new website will be launched and integrated with tracking analytics.

7  Training

We will provide a recorded video showing you and your assembly members how to add, edit and delete content from the website.

This process usually takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on the speed of the content collection and quality of communication with the assembly. To expedite the process, we require one contact who will be our liaison with the assembly in order to collect anything required throughout the development process. Our Pricing

Templated Assembly Website Development & Upkeep – $500 upfront + $50/month

Our new pricing structure for assemblies reduces the upfront cost and increases the monthly cost in order to lighten the load on assemblies who can’t afford a big payment all at once.

The $500 setup fee includes:

10-page website
Templated design
Input of content provided
Training video
One round of revisions

Available add-ons:

Sermon manager (+$60)

Protected member’s area (+240)

The $50/month ongoing fee includes:

WordPress access to be able to edit the website
Monthly WordPress and plugin updates
Security and hack protection
Uptime monitoring
SSL Certificate
Caching
Daily backups (30 days saved)

We have a number of additional services available as well:

Logo Design – $600

Our graphic designer will work with you to develop a logo by providing 2-3 versions and then 3 rounds of revisions. Once completed, we will provide you with the working files perfect for digital and traditional use.

Social Media Account Setup – $160 per platform

We will help you to setup a social account on the platform of your choice. We will setup your logo and imagery and add any and all descriptive text and information required. We will provide you with full access to the account after creation.

Web Updates – $60/hour

With every website we develop, we provide you the training and tools to update the content yourself. However, if you would like us to take updates on for you, add functionality to the website or make more aesthetic changes, we can do so at a $60/hour discounted rate.

Custom Designed Website – Contact for Pricing

If you would like something that is custom to your wants and needs, we can provide that. We have a graphic design team that would be happy to provide 2-3 custom designs from you to choose from and then our development team can replicate the chosen design into a working website. However, this does take significantly more time and requires a more detailed conversation to determine what you and your assembly is looking for.
