We believe that good, effective marketing, at its core, is about companionship. Marketing isn’t just clever messaging, engaging media or a good offer. Marketing is about joining your customer on their journey and understanding their fundamental problems and desires. Then, marketing is empathizing with those problems and assisting in the solution. In short, marketing is companionship.
We employ this fundamental belief in our relationships as well. We are not a company, and you are not a client. Instead, we are companions on a journey.

Companionship Difference
You deserve a marketing companion who actually cares because they are with you on your journey! We are that marketing companion.
We Collaborate
You know your company, customers and competition better than we do. Instead of starting with the answers, we start by asking questions. Then, we truly listen and learn. This isn’t just something we do in an introductory phone call but a continuous effort throughout our companionship. As we listen and learn, we note ideas, phrases or themes to employ in our services. By listening and genuinely empathizing with you and your customers, we collaborate to provide the optimal route and return.
We Communicate
We know that communication is a two-way street requiring the sharing of ideas and information. With this in mind, we aim to meet regularly with our companions to ensure they are aware of the statistics, progress and next steps each step of the way. In addition to regular meetings, your dedicated account manager responds almost instantaneously during regular business hours to ensure seamless communication. By communicating efficiently and regularly, our goal is to build trust and foster companionship.
We Celebrate
Through collaboration and communication, we believe that we can provide real results that have a real-world impact on your business. When you experience these real-world results, we want to celebrate with you. We celebrate as if these results benefit us directly because, as your companion, they do. We believe that each celebration strengthens our relationship and propels us towards new, more lofty goals requiring more collaboration, communication and, ultimately, celebration.
Vision
Our vision is to see marketing done with integrity and compassion. We want to see more businesses and organizations seeking marketing companionship with the audience they are trying to reach.
Mission
Louise Street Marketing has set out to help small businesses, churches, and non-profit organizations become companions with their customers, prospects and audiences. We do this by modelling companionship ourselves through collaboration, communication and celebration.
Values
Foundational to companionship is shared values. This strengthens collaboration, communication and celebration because we start from the same place.
Here are a few shared values that we have as a team at Louise Street Marketing and that we seek in our list of companions:
Integrity
Integrity is the core value that we require in both our team and our companions. Integrity means being honest and morally upright. Without honesty or morality, there is no common ground on which companionship can thrive. Integrity isn’t always the easy path, but it is the most rewarding. When integrity abounds, companionship thrives.
Respect
Respect is another key principle required to nurture companionship. Of course, this must go both ways, and unfortunately, that isn’t always the case in the marketing industry. We strive to respect all ideas, opinions and experiences while expecting our team members and companions to respect ours equally. When respect abounds, companionship thrives.
Trust
Trust is fundamental to any relationship, and the same goes for companionship. We want to ensure that our companions and team members trust us to make decisions in their best interest as much as ours. We also want to ensure we can trust our companions with our expertise, time and team.
If you share similar values, we would love to meet you!
